How to use this service:

Send us an audiotape or videotape of yourself in a speaking situation, and we'll return constructive feedback by audiotape within three days. Or, for live feedback, you may elect to call us for a telephone conference.

What skills will we help you improve?

We will help improve both your manner of speech and its content. We'll cover articulation, clarity, the inflection of your voice, and--where applicable--your appearance, facial expression, and body language. We'll also help you organize your information, gear your talk to your audience, open and close effectively, and give you tips on using any overheads, samples, and handouts during your talk.

For employment interviewing, we'll give you tips on what to say, what not to say, and how to negotiate. (See also LetterRight--Document Repair, where we can help you prepare an effective resume and cover letter.)

What does it cost?

$35 for the first 15 minutes of tape, $10 for each additional 5 minutes.

What are LR's standards for submitting tapes?

Audiotapes - standard size or micro-cassette

Videotapes - VHS, VHS compact, or 8mm
